The colourful street art of Mexico

One of my favourite things about Mexico is definitely the street art.

The walls of every other building in towns and cities across the country are covered in vibrant eye-catching graffiti of all sorts. Some weird, some meaningful, thought-provoking and controversial but all certainly pure works of art!

And really it’s not just Mexico – throughout all of Latin America urban art is a striking way to voice the social and political concerns of the people. To me, the graffiti contains so much authentic, raw and rich culture, it’s fascinating. And they’re simply so impressive, I can never put my camera down!

Here are just a few of the graffitis I’ve captured so far, enjoy!
